Your commission checks are sent on the 22nd of each month for commissions earned during the previous month. Your balance of the payments due must exceed $100 to receive a payment. Any balance below $100 will be carried over to the next payment period for 12 months.

MyGoalManager.com Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("TOS") apply to an individual or business entity ("Affiliate") that participates in the MyGoalManager.com Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"). As used in this TOS, "you" means the affiliate. "Site" means any World Wide Web Site utilized to drive traffic to MyGoalManager.com's Web Site.

To begin your participation, you will submit a request to MyGoalManager.com. We will review your request and may reject your application in our sole discretion with or without notice. Once you have been accepted, please note that we may terminate this TOS and your use of the Affiliate Program (causing you to forfeit any payments due) with or without cause in our sole discretion.

Your use of the Affiliate Program is pursuant to the agreement between you as the referring Affiliate and MyGoalManager.com. You or MyGoalManager.com may elect to terminate your participation as a Affiliate at any time. Any termination of your participation as an affiliate will result in a forfeit of any funds due to you.

You acknowledge that, by participating in the Affiliate Program and placing the above described link(s), MyGoalManager.com may receive information from and about visitors to your site. Your participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes your specific and unconditional consent to and authorization for MyGoalManager.com to access, receive, store, use, and disclose any and all information in accordance with the MyGoalManager.com Privacy Policy.

MyGoalManager.com will process in its complete discretion orders that originate from you. MyGoalManager.com reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with any MyGoalManager.com term or condition, or other rules that govern electronic payment processing, including but not limited to card association or automated clearinghouse rules and regulations. MyGoalManager.com further reserves the right to issue refunds with or without notice to you and/or suspend payment or processing in any instance where MyGoalManager.com deems necessary in its sole discretion.

Assuming that you have fulfilled your obligations to MyGoalManager.com; MyGoalManager.com has been paid by its Payment Processor; MyGoalManager.com has indicated that you are ready for payment; and it would not be unlawful, MyGoalManager.com will pay you once per month on the 22nd of each month for commissions earned during the previous month. MyGoalManager.com will first deduct chargebacks and refunds processed against your payout, as well as any other obligation you have incurred, including but not limited to any indemnification obligation that you may have incurred as a result of your use of the MyGoalManager.com Affiliate Program. Commissions are earned on new Annual Accounts created after clicking on your affiliate link, subscription renewals do not earn commissions. MyGoalManager.com will only pay Affiliate payments when the payment due is an amount equal to or greater than $100.00. Any balance that is below $100 shall be carried over to the following payment period. In the event that your payment never is an amount equal to or in excess of $100.00 within any continuous 12 month period, you agree to forfeit such payment to MyGoalManager.com.

You agree not to engage in the sending of unsolicited commercial email.

You agree not to market, sell, or distribute content that is illegal, or not properly licensed.

You agree to indemnify and hold MyGoalManager.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other related party harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party due to your use of the MyGoalManager.com Affiliate program, your affiliation with MyGoalManager.com, or any other reason MyGoalManager.com is subjected to liability and forced to incur costs or damages.

MyGoalManager.com reserves the right to modify this TOS by posting such modification on its website, and/or transmitting notification of such a modification to the email address provided to MyGoalManager.com in your application.

THE INFORMATION, SITE/SERVICE/SOFTWARE, AND PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE MyGoalManager.com SITES/SERVICE/SOFTWARE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE MyGoalManager.com SITE/SERVICE/SOFTWARE AND TO THE INFORMATION THEREIN. MyGoalManager.com AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE MyGoalManager.com SITE/SERVICE/SOFTWARE AT ANY TIME. Any dispute against MyGoalManager.com shall be construed under the laws of the State of Tennessee, and shall only be brought in a state or federal court located in Shelby County, Tennessee, USA.
